His 2009 personal documentary, Average Community, premiered at New York City’s famed CMJ Film and Music Festival and took home the Audience Award.

Fred’s second feature film, Read Me, also premiered in NYC at the Queens World Film Festival, where it received a Best Feature Film nomination and won the film’s star, Timothy Neil Williams, the award for Best Actor.
